Sleep Apnea Solutions

Once you have undergone a sleep apnea test then you will find that the sleep apnea mask is probably the best solution for sleep apnea. The sleep apnea mask does not permanently cure a person of sleep apnea but it helps to alleviate many of the causes of sleep apnea.

The sleep apnea mask is a triangular shaped mask attached to a source of oxygen that fits over the nose and sometimes mouth depending on the condition of the wearer. The sleep apnea mask is made to fit very snug so that it will not fall off during the normal tossing and turning of sleep.

The sleep apnea mask helps to alleviate some of the symptoms of sleep apnea like snoring by alleviating one of the main causes of sleep apnea. This is because the sleep apnea mask delivers fresh pressurized oxygen to the lungs preventing the person with sleep apnea from being oxygen deficient.

Since sleep apnea can lead to many severe issues, much worse than snoring, like obesity and diabetes it is important that anyone who shows symptoms of sleep apnea get an expert diagnosis.

I am waking up at night with low blood oxygen concentration (92 to 93) and a heart rate of 103 and above. Would this indicate sleep apnea?
